This is the end of the journey from seed to bottle – the Rogue Spirits Distillery in Newport, Oregon.
The journey begins at Rogue Farms in Tygh Valley where we plant, grow, reap, thresh, winnow and malt two kinds of malting barley. It continues at the Rogue Brewery – just across the parking lot from us – where we roast and smoke the malt, and where Brewmaster John Maier creates the mash.
And then it comes to us.
