Create a simple syrup with the brown sugar and cinnamon, then combine with Rogue Spirits Hazelnut Spice Rum and Rogue Ales Pumpkin Patch Ale.

Egg whites were a fairly common ingredient in cocktails – until we became more worried about salmonella poisoning. So if you want to lose the egg white, we understand. To make the White Lie, pour our Oregon Rye Whiskey and the rest of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake. Add some ice and shake again. Strain and pour the mixture into a glass. Garnish with lemon.

PAIRS WITH: Overcooked turkey.

Pour Oregon Single Malt Whiskey and cranberry juice into an old-fashioned glass, easy on the ice. Garnish with lime wedge and fresh cranberries.
